Saw jazz today ,I have a real insecurity about under my eyes being a young woman if 52 lol , need a little help ,I trust jazz implicitly she is an outstanding aesthetics professional her knowledge is second to none ,I can't recommend her highly enough ,also bug congratulations to jazz and her team for winning awards ,last week this is the best salon in the south west !!

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

Amazing I had a full body laser Lipo. The results were unbelievable. I love this beauty salon. The staff are so friendly and are so good at what they do. I would highly recommend.

Jazz is absolutely wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and has a vast experience within the beauty industry, Jazz makes you feel extremely comfortable as soon as you walk into the clinic, Jazz goes threw your concerns and offers a extensive range of treatments abs is up-to-date with new treatments ,you GP threw your concerns and she will advise of which treatments will be the best for you ,and put together a treatment plan ,there are no hidden costs you know from the beginning what it will cost, so no surprises at the till. As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.
