Stacey was so kind and considerate and she made my nails the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, I gave her a picture of a design and she made it even more beautiful than the picture, she's very very good at her job and she works so hard and so faithfully, this is the first time I write a Feedback in my life because she deserves it and I want her to see it.. I will always deal with her for sure, Thank you very much Stacey❤️

I've just had the express Facial, and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Nothing felt rushed and Lynn was amazing. She made me feel really relaxed and mega special. I honestly don't believe you could get better anywhere else. Those girls are trained to such a high standard and my skin feels renewed. The smells are incredible, the atmosphere is amazing I if I win the lottery I'm hiring Lynn full time!!!!!!! Xxxx

I had an amazing experience with Amy, not only did I feel pampered but the products used on my face smelled lovely and my face feels amazing, the whole facial had me feeling so relaxed I was falling asleep, I was not rushed out at the end of my facial and was even made a herbal tea to finish my blissful time at Noubalm, I will definitely be back for another de-stress again. Treatment was good but short. I was expecting a 30 minute facial plus a 15 minute back massage add on and was done in 30 minutes; I was late going in as the room was being used and finished by 5.06. I did query the times when paying and was told its a 10 minute add on with a 5 minute turnaround which is definitely not what I had last time, I had a full 45 minute treatment last time hence the reason I booked the same today! No hot drink either, I was just given a tea bag to take home. I love having a herbal tea after a treatment here but I was disappointed today to be honest.

Had full pedicure and polish with Mia, always great service and with a relaxing drink of tea and biscuit in a calming atmosphere and lovely chat. Always enjoy going there.

My little treat at Noubalm today was to have 90 minute massage and Reiki with Sara. well what can I say! absolutely fantastic experience so calming tranquil and she is so professional and the attention to detail makes the whole experience just truly amazing for mind and body. Recommend Noubalm to anyone and have done since I first experienced it a few years ago. Well done to the team to Sara and her ethos and everything she does.
