The lady did a great job of my brows and asked me first if I preferred threading or waxing and if I like them trimmed or not. I had then threaded and trimmed and they look great.

I had Grace provide my service. I had full face wax and thread. Wow she is amazing was fast, efficient and also made sure I was okay along the way. Because I normally see one of your other staff that works there I was nervous at first but she nailed the service so confident in another person to provide what I need. Hello people! Today 19/5/23 was my first appointment at Elegant Beauty and brows with Pinky. I got a full body wax done and she was absolutely amazing! Polite,friendly,perfectionist combined with excellent time management skills (I got full body waxing done plus a totally last min face waxing done and dusted in 2 hr and 15min)She is a true asset to the brand so dont let her go guys🙂

Recently had waxing done by a trainee under supervision overall a positive experience as initially i was a little apprehensive being treated by some in training but the presence of the supervisor was reassuring. I was impressed with the quality of work and I enjoyed the opportunity to support someone learning the craft
