This was my first time seeing Cristal and she immediately made me feel comfortable like I’ve known her for years! I love her work on my lashes so incredibly much and she was super knowledgeable and very informative about helping with my own personal eye shape and what would look best. Layla was the one to do my waxing, she was absolutely wonderful making sure to get every little baby hair! This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, so I was feeling a bit vulnerable and anxious, Layla made me feel comfortable and made sure I stayed comfortable! I’d say the pain was 3.5/10, not bad at all! Thank you Layla and Meraki Beauty! 🥰

Ludi was very calming and fun! My face felt and looked better right after the facial. Everything was timely and organized and above all professional. She made the waxing experience less nerve wrecking and it went quick. I will be back and highly recommend this spa!!

I am very new to going to have services done for myself, or to be pampered. Before Meraki, I was going to another place to get my eyebrows threaded. The place I was going to set my expectations to the ground. So I went to Meraki to try having my eyebrows waxed for the first time. They opened my eyes to what a spa is supposed to be, and more importantly, what the customer service and the quality of the service itself is to be. Everything from the environment, to the staff, and quality of the waxing was wonderful.

Honestly, this is the best waxing experience I have had in South Bend area. Professional, clean, courteous, and calm. Highly recommend Meraki!

It is such a treat to have my appointments at Meraki! The staff is phenomenal, and I enjoy chatting with Ludi, as she does the waxing. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ludí is awesome! She did an amazing job with both my facial wax and lash lift! It was my first time getting a lash lift and she made sure to explain everything to me beforehand and made me feel safe during the whole process. During the facial wax service I mentioned to her that she had a “good hand” for waxing because at other places I haven’t had the same experience. She responded, “I would hate to see you in pain, if you’re in pain then I’m in pain” so wholesome ❤️
