I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

What a fabulous experience. I had a super quick eye brow threading with Agnes who was so gentle and precise. Then I had a full colour and blowwave with Zee who was brilliant, from consultation to suggested treatments and beautiful blowwave to leave me feeling new and pretty. Also have to add that Merci was great washing my hair and spoiling me with a relaxing head massage. Thank you ladies, I'm already looking forward to my next visit ;)

I visited Artisan Skin for the first time and booked a full-body massage along with a pedicure. I had such a wonderful experience with Danusha! She was incredibly attentive, accommodating to my needs, and made me feel completely at ease. The calming ambience, combined with the soothing aromas, created a truly relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend :)

Zee was fantastic! She was super helpful and friendly. She started working her magic to get my damaged hair back to healthy hair. My hair already feels better and the highlights & cut are amazing. Friendly staff, chilled vibes and beautifully decorated salon.

Never in my life of eyebrow threading or waxing has anyone ever achieve shaping them perfectly and not making them so thin but Lauren Mullins just did it. I never told her how i wanted it she just did the best and over exceeded my expectation. Bless your hands pretty lady. Thank you 😊

Booked myself in for the new Arovimine Soy Candle Massage with Nina late Friday afternoon. What a way to end the week! Zeenat is such a professional therapist. She takes pride in what she does, she’s also very thoughtful and patient. She makes sure that I am comfortable during my sessions. I don’t foresee myself going anywhere else for my waxing sessions. 🙂

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.A welcoming drink and then off to take a shower in the most peaceful and beautiful shower facilities. After my shower they started with my foot massage and after that I had my massage which was just what the doctor ordered.I walked tense cause of my hectic schedule at work and left with so much calmness and more relaxed. Thank you Clive and Omar for giving me the best experience at your Spa and opened my eyes what it means to take care of my body ‘mind and soul.

I rate my haircuts based on how they grow out. Zee has cut my hair a few times now and because I can never get back for a trim, my short cuts grow out for months. I get as many compliments on my grown out hair as I do on my cuts. I have had their waxing services, first rate! Having my hair washed puts me to sleep and it is a great place to have some quiet time before I have to go back out to the noisy, fast paced world.
