The best waxing experience I’ve had, I had Maria as my waxing technician and she was superb. Really kind and gentle, non judgemental and took her time without rushing the process. The salon is very clean and tidy, following all COVID-19 guidelines for beauty salons and I left feeling like a superstar!

I had a repeat waxing appointment with Char who was fabulous. She fitted me in on the day I requested which was greatly appreciated and made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing again. Would highly recommend!

Sarah did my Hollywood wax and she was honestly AMAZING. She was so gentle, really distracted me the pain and made me feel at ease. I surprisingly ended up laughing more throughout my appointment. Therapist was fantastic-fast and thorough. Fresha had quoted and charged a wonderful price which I prepaid. I was shocked by the 5% card processing fee that was charged to my credit card at the end of my appointment which was in contradiction to the EU's Payment Services Directive (PSD2) which banned credit card surcharging in the UK in 2018. I was not aware that this had been repealed. No, I am not asking for a refund but this is bad practice on behalf of Fresha.

I am so particular about my waxing! I went through a few other beauticians before I found Sophie a few years ago and haven’t looked back since. She is absolutely the best. She has excellent attention to detail, does a brilliant job, makes me feel at ease, and I really enjoy chatting to her every visit.

I had a very good waxing appointment with Char today. She wasn’t able to see me in the evening but was able to fit me in at lunchtime. I arrived a few minutes early and she was able to see me straightaway again. I was very happy with the results. Would highly recommend!
