Once again, a first class treatment. This time I had reflexology. It was so relaxing and Shabana was spot on in her detection of areas which were problematic for me. I can’t recommend this lady highly enough.

The combination of a much needed massage together with reflexology = heavenly! Stacey is an expert masseuse and she uses that knowledge to great effect. The knots in back back are now dissolved. The salon is always such a lovely, tranquil place and tonight was no exception. I'll definitely be booking in for another 'pick & mix' session.

I had the pick and mix treatments; I chose my usual massage and reflexology; Stacey never fails to disappoint. She knows exactly what to do to make me relax. I suffer from anxiety and this does the trick even if it's for a short while, it's worth it!

As always, my monthly reflexology session with Shabana is worth every penny. I come away relaxed and envigorated.

At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!

I visted shabana at wellness with a conscience salon today , and the experience was nothing short of amazing . From the moment i walked in , shabana's warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease, she truly takes the time to understand your needs and tailors her approach to ensure you leave feeling refreshed ans renuvenated . Her attention to detail is immecable, reflexology was amazing as always . The salon itself has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which perfectly compliments shabana,s holistic approach to wellness and beauty. Highly reccomend this place, cant wait for my next appointment

Another fantastic experience with Margaret. I started with a hot stone back massage to relieve tension and remove the 'knots' around my shoulders. I then had a lovely hand treatment to exfoliate and inject moisture into my winter-worn hands. It was lovely to relax on the bed with my hands in the heated mitts, while Margaret gave me a pressure point head massage - bliss! I would highly recommend Margaret.
