Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I've been to the Gin Spa twice and both times I had a lovely experience. Spa therapist Ellis has a warm, caring approach and we always discuss everything in the treatments beforehand. She is very attentive and applies just the right pressure. In the days after my reflexology and massage I felt invigorated and energized. Overall the staff are all very friendly and I feel welcome despite being new to the whole culture of spa + massage. Highly recommend!

Had booked the signature massage and honestly think it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Such a lovely experience with the therapist Ellis. She was so welcoming and made me feel really relaxed. Loved the foot bath when I initially went in and I don’t normally like my feet being touched so she spent more time on my neck and shoulders. Stretching was a great experience too. Feel like a new woman! I’m usually quite tense with sore neck and shoulders but feel amazing after today! My mum had the neck and shoulder massage and reflexology and loved it too. Amazing day with lovely staff!

A fab total relaxation package. Our therapists Shannon and Rebecca were lovely and made us feel totally relaxed. Hubby had the full body massage mainly working on his back. I had the back, shoulders and neck with the reflexology. In our package was afternoon tea with prosecco and a gin at cup (Gin 71) which was great and we had to have a doggy bag ! We would recommend the gin spa.

Gillian is hands down THE BEST therapist. Her space at Manique is so tranquil and as always Gillian makes you feel amazing after any treatment. Her passion for helping others oozes from her and her hands are magic. I feel incredible after my massage and reflexology and can’t wait to go back in 3 weeks time. The space, atmosphere and Gillian makes it such a calming and relaxing experience ans I floated out of my appointment feeling so chilled. She also told me what my feet were saying about my body and gave me techniques and ideas so support these problem areas. If you are looking at this review, get your appointment booked in. At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!
