Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I've been to the Gin Spa twice and both times I had a lovely experience. Spa therapist Ellis has a warm, caring approach and we always discuss everything in the treatments beforehand. She is very attentive and applies just the right pressure. In the days after my reflexology and massage I felt invigorated and energized. Overall the staff are all very friendly and I feel welcome despite being new to the whole culture of spa + massage. Highly recommend!

Gillian is hands down THE BEST therapist. Her space at Manique is so tranquil and as always Gillian makes you feel amazing after any treatment. I had an amazing reflexology with Gillian today and will definitely be returning! The space, atmosphere and Gillian makes it such a calming and relaxing experience ans I floated out of my appointment feeling so chilled. She also told me what my feet were saying about my body and gave me techniques and ideas so support these problem areas. If you are looking at this review, get your appointment booked in. You won't regret it!

At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!
