Had my monthly reflexology session with Shabanna and as usual it was fantastic. Always feel so lifted and calm afterwards. Shabanna is a wonderful therapist, and has a very relaxing and at-ease manner, which is just perfect for these types of therapies. She always takes the time to explain any areas she has felt particular potential issues with. Her enjoyment of her job comes through with her treatments.

The combination of a much needed massage together with reflexology = heavenly! Stacey is an expert masseuse and she uses that knowledge to great effect. The knots in back back are now dissolved. The salon is always such a lovely, tranquil place and tonight was no exception. I'll definitely be booking in for another 'pick & mix' session.

I had the pick and mix treatments; I chose my usual massage and reflexology; Stacey never fails to disappoint. She knows exactly what to do to make me relax. I suffer from anxiety and this does the trick even if it's for a short while, it's worth it!

I've been to the Gin Spa twice and both times I had a lovely experience. Spa therapist Ellis has a warm, caring approach and we always discuss everything in the treatments beforehand. She is very attentive and applies just the right pressure. In the days after my reflexology and massage I felt invigorated and energized. Overall the staff are all very friendly and I feel welcome despite being new to the whole culture of spa + massage. Highly recommend!

Had booked the signature massage and honestly think it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Such a lovely experience with the therapist Ellis. She was so welcoming and made me feel really relaxed. Loved the foot bath when I initially went in and I don’t normally like my feet being touched so she spent more time on my neck and shoulders. Stretching was a great experience too. Feel like a new woman! I’m usually quite tense with sore neck and shoulders but feel amazing after today! My mum had the neck and shoulder massage and reflexology and loved it too. Amazing day with lovely staff!

A fab total relaxation package. Our therapists Shannon and Rebecca were lovely and made us feel totally relaxed. Hubby had the full body massage mainly working on his back. I had the back, shoulders and neck with the reflexology. In our package was afternoon tea with prosecco and a gin at cup (Gin 71) which was great and we had to have a doggy bag ! We would recommend the gin spa.

My first reflexology session (ever). Was nervous it would be tickly (I'm VERY tickly) but I didn't squirm once. It was so relaxing and my feet feel amazing!

Just had my second reflexology appointment. Shabana is very professional and puts you at your ease, talking through what you hope to get out of the session. On each occasion I have come out calm & relaxed after the treatment. Have my next appointment already booked.

Shabana was lovely and she did a great job. So caring, kind and attentive but also knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend booking her for a reflexology treatment.
