Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

This was my first time with Sithbhan, and I was absolutely amazed at how much more relaxed I felt after just one session. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely comfortable, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!

I booked the Total Wellness package with Meral including cupping, facial, reflexology, and reiki. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Meral is so kind and accomodating and the space is really beautiful. She is fantastic at what she does and I loved every second. I had previously only been for a cupping session before but after trying the facial, reflexology, and reiki, I wouldn't hesitate to book either of these treatments again. I cannot recommend her highly enough - the absolute best!! <3
