I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

Hi all , If your reading my review to help you decide whether to book in for a treatment then you definitely should. Sam listens to what her clients want and need, she's very understanding and walks you through and treatment your thinking about to make sure its the correct one for you. Today my treatments were reflexology and Raki. I have booked in to see Sam again next month. After my treatment I always feel refreshed and my grounded.
