I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. I highly recommend!

Another perfect Reflexology session

Today was my first reflexology appointment ever. Arliah explained the procedure and her technique putting at ease and I found the experience very beneficial and lasting. I shall definitely come again.

despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done.
