I would highly recommend sara for for a deep tissue massage. I had an hour appointment and felt so much better afterwards. Fantastic treatment.

I visit Therapies First quite regularly and always have the best experience! I've had everything from Lash Lifts to Reflexology and Massage and the treatment and service is always fantastic. I've been to other places in the area and I always come back to Liisa because the results are always second to none. Cannot recommend Liisa enough and I look forward to my next visit 💛
