I booked a package which included 60 min massage 30 min foot reflexology and 30 min facial. The service was great!! I think there should be some relaxing music played in the treatment room. The whole salon/spa was pretty noisy, you can hear every conversation of every staff member and client, every footstep and noise, including the washing machine. The door chime is the most annoying thing g ever with an automatic voice saying "thank you, welcome " on repeat. It went off over 10 times during my treatment. The spa noise will affect my decision to return.

Absolutely fabulous as always. Perfect cut and blow dry. Waxing as always done so well. Always wonderful service with such friendly caring staff who listen. Madame Josephine's is a top quality hairdresser. Never been disappointed in all the years I've been coming here. It is about 20 yrs or more I think!

Fantastic! Wira is a professional in every area, l high recommend her. There is not one negative thing l can say about her talents, those who put negative reviews suck ! She will ALWAYS ask you if you are comfortable, hot , cold or otherwise, so polite thoughtful and has a lovely manner ,5 out of ☆☆☆☆☆ Everytime! Don't think, press that book button right now as she is nearly fully booked out every week, because she's so fabulous!!!

She was so good and firm and focused on the areas I asked. She did start 8 minutes late despite me being 5 mins early and waiting and finished on the hour so didn’t give full stars for that

This place is a magical experience for a tourist. It has a history of more than 80 years in Adelaide in a gorgeous historical building and fabulous hairdressers. Kind people, has a great vibe and suitable for all ages. Warm regards

Just needed a good blow wave for function at nearby convention Centre. Lana did a great job and listened to what I needed. Quick too!

My hubby and I had a couples massage for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was amazing! We ran late due to parking and the girls were so understanding and lovely about it. The ginger tea after the massage was lovely and I even got a gift which was so sweet. The only suggestion I have would be to use a heat bag or hot stones on the lower back when working on the upper back. That’s my only advice. Hubby was snoring about 30mins in so he obviously loved it. We will be back, that’s for sure.

I had a great experience. The head massage and shampoo nearly sent me to sleep. The cut was exactly what I asked for and the best I’ve had in a very long time. Left with glossy locks I want to show off….super happy 😊

I was early on a Friday afternoon, but that wasn’t a problem. Very friendly hairdressers who were happy to chat and engage with me and have me exactly what I wanted. Happy to recommend them 👍🏼
