A lovely pedicure and gel toenails from Preet. I'd been put off pedicures by a bad experience years ago, but Pretty made sure at every stage that I was comfortable, and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend! (In fact I went back the next day for a manicure from Toni, and love my new gel nails!)

Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

Danielle is not only the best lash tech ever but the lushest person to unload all your problems to after a long day/week/month/year , you leave there with not only fresh lashes but a fresh mind to , also have had my ears pierced by her to and she was so reassuring when I felt a bit panicky 🩷🩷🩷

Trish’s years of experience really comes through her massage. She gives a really indulgent generous massage with tenderness and insight to exactly what your body requires. I can’t reccomend her enough!

Cara was amazing with my very nervous daughter who came in to have her ears pierced today. She put her at ease and explained every step so she felt more comfortable throughout the piercing. My daughter left very happy so thankyou!

A wonderful experience, with Trish's gentle and very relaxing facial, my skin felt soft and totally cleansed, my muscles soothed, and at the end of my hour and a half I was so relaxed I was on the verge of dozing off - I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to have this facial from Trish, I shall certainly be repeating the experience!

It was my first visit, and I hadn’t been to a salon in over 9 years so I was nervous. The receptionist and the hairdresser Kavanna made me feel welcome and safe. Fantastic service all round, even with helpful tips to use at home, and although I didn’t have much done it made a huge difference to me. :) Thank you ever so much ladies!

First ever Hopi Ear Candle treatment with Sarah-Jane and it was amazing. Really relaxing and immediately made a difference to my congested ears!!! Highly recommend

Lovely and cozy in there, danielle is polite and makes you as comfortable as possible and never fails to impress me with her lashes. I’ve been going to her for around over a year now maybe more and she is truly amazing, couldn’t recommend her enough!
