Brilliant experience all round for my daughter’s piercings. My teenager and my 8 year old were put at ease by the lovely lady who did their piercings. She made sure that they and I had all of the information we could have needed and was very kind and reassuring to the girls throughout. Their experience was great, there was absolutely no negative elements to it. The place was lovely and clean and hygiene standards were adhered to fully.

First facial with Kim and it didn’t disappoint. THE most relaxed I think I’ve ever felt. The products are beautiful and combined with Kim’s magic fingers you’ll be drifting off to another plain. I made a promise to take a bit more care and of myself and this started the year beautifully.

Ava was amazing as always! I decided to have a big chop today going from really long hair (nearly touching my bum) to shoulder length/long bob. It looks and feels beautiful!
