Always look forward to getting my nails done by Jess. I come out with beautiful nails and feeling lighter and if I hadnt had my lashes tinted I'd have mascara running down my face; she's provides a listening ear, is hilarious and a damn good beautician.

I have frequently visited Bay Beauty for a number of years for various treatments and always found the experience excellent. All the girls are friendly, professional and take great care and pride in their work. The atmosphere is always pleasant and it’s clear that the team all respect and appreciate each other. I myself, have worked in similar salons and this is definitely not always the case, causing a tension in the air that is picked up by clients. So well done management! The treatments are of an exceptional standard and products used are high quality. The salon is spotless. Great!

As a 69 year old man it was a bit daunting walking into a Beauty Parlour for the first time but I needn't have been concerned. I was made to feel welcome and the treatment I received from Taylor was first class. She was pleasant and chatted away to me throughout and I left with my feet feeling tremendous. I could not recommend highly enough! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They managed to squeeze my 6 year old in for her nails painted for the first time in a salon straight away and made just a fuss of her.
