Carl carried out some manipulation and muscle massage that really helped free up a very painful shoulder, gave a really clear explanation of what was wrong and exercises I should do to help. Have already booked my next appointment!

Hayley’s hands and beauty is honestly the most down to earth salon I have every been to. You feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so friendly, Holly the trainee is so talented! And as for Hayley, well that woman is a genius! Great service at very reasonable prices! I can’t wait for my return visit in the new year. I had my 2nd visit to the Therapy and Fitness Centre this evening for a deep tissue massage with Carl. I’m 12 weeks post op from a Total Knee Replacement and having walked wonkily for 3 years, I reached out and Carl had given me my 2nd massage today. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is diligent, professional and respectful. Denise

I had the pregnancy massage today with Chyna and it was great. Just what I needed for all my third trimester aches and pains. My only feedback would be that the room needed a bit of music or something. It was a bit distracting hearing everything that was going on in the reception. Apart from that 10/10 amazing :)
