Hayley’s hands and beauty is honestly the most down to earth salon I have every been to. You feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in. Carl carried out some manipulation and muscle massage that really helped free up a very painful shoulder, gave a really clear explanation of what was wrong and exercises I should do to help. Have already booked my next appointment!

I had my 2nd visit to the Therapy and Fitness Centre this evening for a deep tissue massage with Carl. I’m 12 weeks post op from a Total Knee Replacement and having walked wonkily for 3 years, I reached out and Carl had given me my 2nd massage today. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
