This is a little solace in Casuarina. Been a good send to have and I have been able to use my membership almost every day for LED. Staff very friendly and lovely. I'd say only issue ... its noisy. You just start to relax the water starts up in the pipes. Peoples voices. I can hear other peoples pod casts ... shame rooms arent more noise proof. Despite that .... I'll still keep coming. Yr value and wonderful staff carry it for you 😉

I had a wonderful experience today at Kalm Springs. I had a 45min sauna followed by a 1hr float. The facilities were beautiful & clean the staff were friendly. I left floating. Looking forward to my next visit ☺️

Kim was great supportive and encouraging, while I was doing only my second ice bath, my last was a while ago. I look forward to making regular weekly visits, thanks to a collaboration with my gym movement casuarina . Thank you Kim and staff at kalm Springs for the great service and deal with movement gym . My first session of red light therapy for a wound. The treatment was fine and will see how the wound heals over the next two weeks.

I love the ambience, the cleanliness three fabulous staff. Also now I'm so used to the floatation tank I actually fall asleep inside the tank 😴 live🥰

I was very nervous about having a floatation session as I suffer from claustrophobia, but Kim was very understanding & put my mind at ease which allowed me to really enjoy the experience. I will definitely be going back & recommending it to my friends & family.
