I have been to Charlotte for numerous treatments including Botox, filler and skin boosters, Charlotte listened to what I wanted and I was so happy with my treatments, it was exactly what I asked for! Charlotte made me feel completely comfortable and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my treatments! Will 100% be returning!

I visited Lauren after having had Botox gone wrong previously with another practitioner. Lauren listened to my concerns and was able to put me at ease and also took onboard what I’d said from my previous experience. Lauren tailored my treatments to suit my preferences as I did not like the look achieved from the previous practitioner. My treatments have always looked natural with Lauren and I cannot fault the service she provides. She’s professional, friendly, caring and her aesthetics pod is clean, warm and inviting. I will not go anywhere else now that I’ve found Lauren.
