Another Great Session. Following a serious motorcycle accident in the 80's mixed with the usual age related ailments, excersise has been a bit of a challenge, this concept is superb as you are not weight bearing so you enjoy an intence cardio work out if you wish with little or no fioriction on your joints.

Ausra is a professional Aesthetician. Her salon is nice and warm. Highly recommend and looking forward to future treatments.
