She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. Definitely coming back! I had a wonderful head massage and it was heaven! I never realised how much tension was in my head. I found it very interesting to see scalp under the microscope. Milda was lovely and explained the treatment very well, all of the lotions and balms smelt amazing, and have made my hair and face feel so soft and scalp refreshed. A lovely hour of bliss!

I had the best experience of the Japanese head spa treatment today. The room was beautiful and clean and Milda was very welcoming.
