I always feel I am stepping in to a sanctuary when I visit the Ilaethetics salon. Rebecca always takes time to listen to my exact needs and always exceeds my expectations. She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. I won't go anywhere else now. First class service every time.

Shweta is extremely polite, kind and truly professional. She treats you like family while doing the services and she is very good at them. Definitely coming back! I had a wonderful head massage and it was heaven! I never realised how much tension was in my head. I found it very interesting to see scalp under the microscope. Milda was lovely and explained the treatment very well, all of the lotions and balms smelt amazing, and have made my hair and face feel so soft and scalp refreshed. A lovely hour of bliss!

I had the best experience of the Japanese head spa treatment today. The room was beautiful and clean and Milda was very welcoming. She spoke through all of my scalp concerns and gave me the most relaxing treatment which left my scalp feeling cleaner than ever! I can’t wait for my next appointment in 4 weeks time.
