Hannah went out of her way to make me feel at ease about getting waxed when I hadn’t had it done for several years. I’m 7 months pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. She did a great job of my wax and followed up a few days later with aftercare. I would 100% recommend!

Hannah was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. From messaging to book an appointment right until I left my appointment! Hannah’s room was so clean and organised, and felt like a safe space to be in. This was only my first appointment but I will definitely be back! Today, I visited the SKR Beauty Clinic in Newcastle and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Korean Glass Skin Medifacial with Sim. Sim is amazing; she made me comfortable and explained the entire process. She is very experienced and answered all of my questions. My skin is glowing, and I love it. I have found my new favourite place for facials. I highly recommend this place for incredible experiences and facials. Thank you, Sim!

I travelled up to Newcastle for work and urgently needed a manicure - Lydia was able to fit me in last minute and the booking process was so easy! Lydia is a true professional who pays high attention to detail and I was blown away by the precision of her technique. I wanted something neutral, summery but classy and she did the most beautiful floral French manicure design. I am absolutely in love with my nails! Lydia made me feel really comfortable and welcomed, and took her time getting to know exactly what I was hoping for my nails to look like. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much!
