I went in with a style that was completely grown out and needing ideas. Louis consulted with me on a style that would suit my hair and what I was trying to achieve. It looks amazing, so pleased. You can tell that Louis completing understands hair and modern techniques

Louis is an experienced and professional stylist who put me at ease from get go. He listens to what you want, and has bought my hair back to life. I will be returning and recommending Charmè to friends and family. Thank you so much 💖

First visit and will definitely be back. Louis made me feel so at ease and talked me through everything he was doing. I loved that he made sure I was ok with each step of the process.

Today was my first time at Charme. I wanted to tint my hair a light brown and get a suitable trim. I gave the hairstylist Louis a challenge by not specifying what hairstyle I wanted. I casually said, "You decide; hair will grow. Isn't that fun?" In fact, Louis knew nothing about me, not even my preferences; he had only seen me a few days ago for a skin test. I focused intently on the sound of the scissors. I sensed that Louis is a meticulous person, and I had a lot of confidence in him. I was completely satisfied with my haircut and immediately scheduled my next appointment.

Today was my first visit to the salon. I had a perm and cut which was done by Emily. I am very happy with the outcome and have already booked again for a colour, Emily was very helpful with guidance on how to maintain perm and also want to thank Grace for the coffee
