My first time & I found the exp very professional & welcoming. Therapist knew what she was doing, very exp, talked thru everything frm what I wanted, 2 wat wud suit me, frm length to shape. Therapist also had no issues putting on or taking off eye pads, no sticking, pulling or stinging. The bed was comfortable got a blanket and her beautiful cat kept my toes nice and warm. Felt like I was in a salon, minus the rush or trying to find a park😊 nxt tim

Excellent service, lovely clean salon, great atmosphere. Kailie is always respectful, kind & offers amazing customer service. She is easy to talk to and get along with. I feel comfortable when around her. Kailie brightens up the salon with her bubbly personality, kindred spirit & smile. I know I can trust her with my hair. I leave the salon feeling confident.

I had a great experience at Bitter Sweet Beauty Lounge. Georgina lifted and tinted my lashes and they look incredible. She was so friendly, constantly checked in on how I was feeling, made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Would definitely recommend others to come here, great service, incredible beauty therapists & great prices! It’s definitely going to be my new go to.

First time at this salon for a number of facials and waxing and Nikki was amazing!! Wonderful personality - talking to me to make sure I feel comfortable for my first time Brazillian 🤯😇 Imagined the worst ever but this changed my whole perspective on it. The pain yes but was I happy of the results and the company and that 🔥 speed - couldn't asked for more! Brilliant service 👍 efficient 🔥 and you definitely get what you're paying for if not more! Highly recommended 🙆🏻‍♀️🧡

Gaga is amazing. I have been going to her for about 3 years now or maybe more for threading. Her attention to detail is incredible. Gaga has a gentle manner and is great to have a laugh with as well. I would definitely recommend Gaga for her beauty services.

Love coming to Gaga!! I have my lash extensions and eyebrows done, I recommend her to everyone. My lashes look amazing for weeks and I have never had a problem. I've also had my eyebrows and eye-liner tattooed with Gaga and I love how natural they look and how well they compliment my face.
