After a few months of looking for the right salon, I am so pleased I tried Capital Lashes. Georgia did a great job with my lash lift and tint and brow shape and tint, explaining the process in detail and giving me options for colour and shape. She even helped sort my brows after a previous salon had massacred them, with a long term plan to get them back to their former selves. Thanks so much!

Natalie was nothing short of amazing. She was welcoming and professional. She asked questions such as if i was using retinols, if i was on any medications and if i had any reactions in the past. This to me, showed she had extensive knowledge about her industry, and that she cared! This is not something i have experienced in other beauty salons. She took the time to walk me through the process, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. But most importantly, my brows look great! Definitely the best brow tint/ wax I have ever received. The lash lift was also great. Thanks Natalie!

I had the fake tan done at Hala beauty glam and it turned out lovely. It was easy and comfortable, great quality and very well priced . I will be going back for all my future tanning needs

I had the best afternoon with Helen, I thoroughly enjoyed my body wrap and facial.!! Helen's knowledge and beauty tips were fantastic. The products have made my skin feel so supple and the difference to my skin after the treatment was so noticeable. I can't wait to have my next treatment at Hale with Helen. Also wish to thank Tania at reception for being so helpful. The only thing I would like to mention is that the 45 minutes arrival time prior to treatment to enjoy the facilities felt a little too rushed. Ideally another half your wonderful Day Spa is a little to rushed to Thank you to

Absolutely life savers! Had my lashes done elsewhere and they were irritating and horrendous. These beauty’s fit me in for a removal the next day in their busy schedule before they started clients for the day. So welcoming and a very calm space. Would definitely recommend 💓🫶🏻

I used DMK products and Anna and Hanna gave me some good advice on my skincare for Exfoliation, LED & Enzyme Therapy. They are so polite, respectful, and honest.

The Lab is a wonderful salon, with understanding and accomodating specialists. They also deliver quality outcomes. My brows have never looked so good, and the shape is now so good, that they last so much longer than ever before.

Beautiful service all the way from reception to the beauty therapist. I believe my beauty therapists name was Helen - she was super sweet and the signature massage was amazing. Highly recommend!

My lashes are great, Bit disappointed with my hybrid eyebrow dye and shape- wasn’t communicated with for shaping or what I would like, the dye was done prior to wax (not sure if that’s normal order because it made me feel like it made my brows look much bigger than I would have liked). Also the dye was really patchy and I haven’t needed to wipe dye off myself before when I get home, again, not sure if that’s normal practice. Just no instruction. I also realise my tech may have been new, just giving feedback that the service wasn’t as perfect as the last experience I had at the salon. Thanks
