I love this place! I sprained my ankle a few days before and the jarring fall put my body out as well. The spa bath relaxed my aches and pains, the cold plunge completely got rid of the swelling and the infra red sauna was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The lady at the front desk was delightful and accomodating and instantly made me feel weIcome and at home. The owners have done a great job with the decor and have created a relaxing, super clean sanctuary to replenish and heal. Thank you for creating this in Yamba. It's places like this that make me want to return to the area.

Exhale Bathhouse is my haven in the turbulence of life…..Icebath, traditional steam sauna, infrared sauna and mineral spas….bliss!! Also had a wonderful treatment with Makensie Hollis…. Makensie is gentle yet strong, intuitive yet realistic, serious yet incredibly funny, knowledgeable yet relatable….and understands my mind, body and spirit. So greatly blessed to have this amazing facility in Yamba. Thank you to Sarah, Brad and their gorgeous, friendly staff. Maree 😌🙏🏻✨

I had an amazing session with Brad from Yutori Breathwork based at Exhale Yamba. I did a performance based breathwork session to help me improve my cardio & gym training. We started outdoors & went through several practical breathing exercises to help control my heart rate via breath as well as an exercise to energise myself. Brad provided great background information to support what I was putting into practice. We finished off indoors with calming breathing techniques to help me to relax more & improve my day to day breath. Thank you a wonderful session.

Relaxing morning in a beautiful calming space right in the heart of Yamba. Great modern facilities in a tranquil setting.

I had a wonderful time at the Exhale Spa at Yamba. The saunas, spas and ice pool were explained clearing and the advice I was given on how to best utilise the facilities was wonderful and well appreciated. The atmosphere was amiable and conducive to a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Very healing and relaxing. I would happily recommend the spa to friends and family. The staff were welcoming, relaxed, friendly and very professional and maintained clean and hygienic protocols.
