My hair stylist is CHOLE. We communicate about the style and then she greatly washes and massages my head to start the session. The cut was quick but most importantly it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I had never been able to leave a salon within 60mins but today I did also with a big smile as I m satisfy with the cut.

Initial Salon is awesome and my stylist Ken is amazing!!! Begin with an online consultation and transparency of pricing expectation. Arrival at the salon in clean and calming environment. Very thorough walk through of job to be done today before starting. All staff on site are friendly. Surely will be back and highly recommended.

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

I’ve been seeing Ken for a year now and he has helped me always achieve my colour and hair goals while also giving guidance on how to keep my hair healthy! Appointments always feel comfortable and relaxing and the newly designed space at Initial Salon elevates the entire experience. Dr Yang is one of the most knowledgeable doctors in the PRP field for pain, hair loss and beauty and as an added bonus and perhaps most importantly he is also the most attentive doctor I’ve ever come across. He is also highly knowledgeable in hormone replacement therapy and other technical aspects of the beauty industry. His staff, which also consists of his lovely wife are quite knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions one may have. If you are looking for a top notch doctor and pain and beauty clinic then this is the place for you. I just hope they never close!

Amazing facial experience today at the Salon. Raman gave the best facial service and massage was really relaxing. Overall, this 1hr facial session was awesome and will definitely come again for this. Highly recommend to all.
