First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

So I have been coming to The Beauty Retreat for over a year ! I find the beauticians very friendly snd a high standard of service ! I find the beauty salon very clean and friendly I have Elemis biotec a non surgical face lift which is absolutely amazing and Kirsty really does give that 1st class treatment not only on my fave but as a Freind now to . I also have other treatments to which are 1st class ! Dawn Zygmuntowski!

My first time visiting the salon and seeing Daniel. So chilled and was sooooo happy with my hair!! Was able to give decaf coffee and a milk alternative!! Super happy!

Been to see Kenley a few times now for a sports massage, she’s brilliant and I love coming to my appointments! Kenley is full of knowledge and gives so much advice on how else to fix my problem. Gorgeous salon too 🥰

Always an amazing experience 5 star treatment from a great salon

I am entirely confident with the services I've received at this clinic. The care throughout treatment and the aftercare are all very professional and reassuring. I was quite nervous but given time to relax and provided with highly effective numbing treatment prior to procedure. I think the beauty industry can have some less reputable providers, which I've experienced myself, but not at Skin Essential. I am more than happy to recommend and return in the future. A really first class clinic with exceptional customer care.

Amazing as always! I had a brow tint and wax and a lash lift and Kaitlyn has done such a good job. The salon is lovely and the calm and relaxing atmosphere just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend ❤️

The salon was very warm and cosy. Alysha is an excellent practitioner. I am very pleased with not only the results of my treatments but also the way in which she carried them out.

Fantastic as always. The girls here really do look after you and care more than just a therapist/client basis. It feels like a family, who go above and beyond for you each time. I can’t simply put into a small review just how fantastic and wonderful these girls and this salon is. I always book in massages with Alysha and brows/lashes with Hannah. Even if I don’t feel like talking, by the end of the appointment I’ll be laughing my socks off! Evie is always so welcoming & kind. She is the best lash tech in Chesterfield! The other girls seem so lovely too! & since the new ownership the decor is much more stylish, calm, cosy & inviting. I love coming here for my beauty treatments! 10/10 will always recommend The Beauty House.🫶🏼

As always the massage queen works her magic. Kenley is more than your average beauty therapist. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommended, been to many over the years and won’t be going no where else again!
