My family bought me the neck shoulders and back massage as a birthday present. As I had a voucher I found it very easy to book, and I also got a text reminder 24 hours beforehand which was helpful. Naomi was very welcoming, explained exactly what was going to happen, although not my first massage it’s still nice to be reminded. The room was calm and welcoming, the bed was warm and comfortable and quite frankly I could still be happily lying on it two hours later. If you are considering a visit to Alba Skin and beauty, don’t hesitate I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I’ve had 2 facials done by Charlie and she is absolutely amazing at what she does.! She makes you feel so welcome and really talks you through step by step what procedure you’re getting done! Ontop of that she is so lovely and friendly, like all the staff there too. Thank you so much, I will definitely be booking again! My skin has never felt better! <3

Michelle is amazing. She always does my nails perfectly and comes up with great nail design ideas when I don’t have a clue. Such a lovely lady and an immaculate salon. What more you could you need.

Another great experience at Alba skin and beauty clinic with Naomi. I have today had an Alumier skin peel. Naomi did a fantastic job cleansing my face before she started and explained everything that she was about to do, also the benefits of a skin peel. I am over 60, have a few sunspots and wrinkles. As I only had this today it’s too early to see any benefit, (this was also explained) however my skin feels good! So thank you to Alba clinic and Naomi.

Katie is friendly and creates a really relaxing atmosphere. The salon is really lovely too! 100% recommend.
