I’ve never had my eyebrows professionally done, in part because I’d find the “salon” experience both daunting and intimidating. Julie is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Had a free consultation, along with patch testing and a nice chat about what her professional opinion on the work needed to look less like Michael Hestletine… Great experience on all levels.

Maia was really friendly and welcoming into her salon. She was thorough with the treatment, talking me through the process at each step. Maia remained professional throughout. It certainly didn’t feel like my first time meeting her! The salon was immaculately clean, with modern furnishings. Sat nav was a bit confused getting to it at first, but a real hidden gem! No matter how life goes with Julie, she always has smile & always lovely. Makes me feel so welcome. You cant not smile when you leave after treatment, because Julie always puts you first! Nay is so welcoming and inviting! This was my first time at NaysBeauty room and I went for a Swedish massage (60minutes) and I could not recommend more! I was so relaxed, calm, cozy and the environment is just perfect. Loved it thank you so much!!

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).
