Sarah did a lovely job of my hair - understood my challenging hair (very fine and wavy), and cut and styled it expertly. Though the salon was busy, I felt well looked after, and had a nice chat.

This was my first visit to The beauty House. I booked a teen facial for my daughter and we were both so impressed! Kenley was amazing ! She was so friendly and patient and full of amazing advice for my daughter. Thank you for making my daughters first facial experience such a lovely and enjoyable one ❤️ We will definitely be back! First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

So I have been coming to The Beauty Retreat for over a year ! I find the beauticians very friendly snd a high standard of service ! I find the beauty salon very clean and friendly I have Elemis biotec a non surgical face lift which is absolutely amazing and Kirsty really does give that 1st class treatment not only on my fave but as a Freind now to . I also have other treatments to which are 1st class ! Dawn Zygmuntowski!

Beautiful nails by Denise...thank you so much..Denise. To anyone reading this review. I 'm very embarrassed about the Psoriasis on my hands, but I'm always welcomed with smiles and a warm welcome from everyone in the salon not just who might be doing my treatment. Big thanks to Tracy too who looks after my hair lovely Chloe and Kerry too. There's always an offer of a coffee, tea or water during my treatment. i always leave feeling recharged and reenergised by this professional but also very kind and inclusive practice 😊

Been to see Kenley a few times now for a sports massage, she’s brilliant and I love coming to my appointments! Kenley is full of knowledge and gives so much advice on how else to fix my problem. Gorgeous salon too 🥰

Amazing as always! I had a brow tint and wax and a lash lift and Kaitlyn has done such a good job. The salon is lovely and the calm and relaxing atmosphere just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend ❤️
