This is hands down the best beauty salon I have ever used. Fern and Georgia are so lovely, incredibly talented and professional. I have had manicures, pedicures, aromatherapy massages, reflexology, spray tans, facials and waxing - each time I have had a faultless, welcoming and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Outstanding from start to finish! Kay completely made my wedding morning perfect. All the makeup on the bridal party was absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and talent are unmatched! She took the time to understand each person's preferences while enhancing our natural beauty, and my makeup lasted flawlessly all day and night—even through big happy tears and dancing! This was my first time visiting 191. Girls are very nice. Made me feel relaxed as I sometimes get anxious going to a new salon. Had a cut and blow dry. My hair is curly so decided to have her dry my hair straight. Was in and out and left loving my hair. Thank you ❤️ xx

Such a cute salon, cosy and friendly. Loveliest wee dog Molly too! Megan was so nice and chatty, was very precise in stencil placements and was happy to adjust if needed! Tattoos are done beautifully, can’t wait to see them healed. Gave us a good description of aftercare and recommended products to help with healing!

Kay is amazing at what she does and with her chat. I don't enjoy beauty appointments due to anxiety, but Kay makes you feel welcome and relaxed straight away, so much so, the appointment went by quickly.
