I love the environment and the staff at the Hereford branch. They know their stock and their products and are always helpful. Asako is a magician and has relaxed my back, neck and shoulders wonderfully.

I travel and hour to get to Teri after moving away from Hereford! There is no one quite like her 💕 she is a therapist both beauty and personal can go to her with anything makes me feel like a queen coming away! She will forever be one of my friends brought together by something she is amazing at 😍 her technique is like no one and my nails always look AMAZING 🤩 and her lash work speaks for itself! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bethan is a total pro and takes pride in her work. She’s been careful in mixing the right colour for my blond, natural look. fastidious in applying and finished wax. It’s the first time in years I am leaving a salon being totally happy with my brows. Thank you so much Bethan!

Always a pleasure. Been going to Lou for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beautiful salon and the best quality nails.

It's always very welcoming at The Salon. I trust Meg completely with my hair and when I leave, I feel pampered and like a princess 👸 100% recommend using all their services

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful setting down there with the glamping accommodation and there is a big free car park, which you don’t get in town. As well as Natalies comfortable salon there is a superb little gift shop which also sells scrummy cakes, and another beauty salon due to open soon. I am sure all these small businesses will do well with local residents and the holiday makers staying on site. It is a brilliant idea on our doorstep and I wish them all well. I will certainly be going back again.

It's always a pleasure to visit Emily. She is experienced, very professional, only uses recognised products and her salon is spotless. She is wonderful to spend time with and enjoy good conversation. She makes you coffee and even provides biscuits. 😁

I’m someone who has a serious needle phobia , the thought of actually going to have procedures done that I didn’t need medically is something I just never considered , but here I am going regularly to see Rasha, after losing some weight my face had changed. I didn’t know anything about aesthetics or if there was anything that could be done, and I didn’t want to look different just better than I did. I’ve been going a few months now, I still look like me BUT a better healthy me and thanks to Rasha and her numbing cream I’m no longer needle phobic. Result ! It’s an investment in me Thanks Rasha⭐

I love visiting Pink Monkey, the vibes are immaculate and Marie is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have been a regular client for nearly a year now and I’d never go to anyone else. My nails always look incredible, she puts so much time and effort into every appointment and everyone in the salon is so nice. Amazing drinks too!

My second visit to Natalie’s salon and it was just as enjoyable as my first visit. My eyebrows and nails look lovely! Love the peaceful setting and the fact that there is a large free car park. Michelle in the coffee/ cake/Gift shop is lovely too. I really enjoy going to Caplin and it is literally 20 minutes from my home!!
