I had a set of Russians for Christmas and they are perfect! 😍 Beauty room is immaculate with and en-suite attached. Certifications on display. Professional and welcoming. All patch tests and forms completed prior to treatment. Chiara whilst professional is so kind and caring, she talked me through what she was doing and really put my mind at ease. I have sensitive eyes and she took care and paid attention to detail. As a glasses wearer I wasn't sure Russians would work for me, Chiara made sure my lashes sat perfectly under my glasses and followed up to ensure all was OK. Amazing service! Xx

The whole experience was so beautiful and comfy, Chiaras set up is amazing and so is her knowledge and skills, she gave me the most perfect eyelashes for my eyes and explained what she did and why, she’s especially good with me people me who are new to the beauty world. Chiara is so lovely and sweet and made sure I was super comfortable!

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, all throughout my appointment, she made sure I was comfortable and happy, it was just like being at a friend's house, so relaxing, and perfect for a much needed bit of time for myself.
