I always look forwards to my appointment with Nicole, she listens to what I want and always works hard to get the end result we are looking for. It’s great being in a quiet salon where we can hear each other, it’s a nice laid back environment to relax in ❤️

I usually have Sara-jo who is fantastic and I trust hugely, today I had to change to Amber which I was nervous about as I have had bad experiences in the past at other salons, but she did a great job, I am very very happy with my brows and other treatments today.

Always a pleasurable experience when visiting The Beauty Shack and always feel a million dollars when I leave.

Lovely service and happy with my lashes as always 🥰 Demi is always super friendly and it’s more like going for a catch up with a friend than a treatment with a beauty therapist! Highly recommend 🩷

I really look forward to my facial appointments with Jess, she is so welcoming, friendly and makes me feel so relaxed. She is really knowledgeable in skincare and advises me on which treatments are best to suit my skin, my skin has improved so much since starting in August I can't believe it.
