I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. I took my autistic niece to get her hair down with Charlotte. Everyone made us feel welcome and Charlotte made my niece feel at ease and explained everything she was doing. This was brilliant as my niece gets overwhelmed with her autistim. Definitely will be back as the salon was so autistim friendly!

I had such a lovely experience at the salon and can’t wait to return. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and help make you feel at ease. I had an Indian head massage and reiki session which were both amazing and have left feeling so relaxed. Thank you x

Chloe is an absolute star! She worked her magic on my colour today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly, with such skill and care. Her attention to detail and knowledge about colour is second to none. I left the salon feeling fabulous and confident, thanks to Chloe’s incredible talent. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for stunning results!

Fantastic ! Full body hot stone massage was amazing, Nicola took time to work on some particularly tight areas and I left feeling great . Definitely best massage I've had . Medik8 facial was just as soothing and relaxing with shiatsu pressure point massage nd arm/hand massage. Skin looks great . Already booked next appointment! Nicola is lovely, knowledgeable and very welcoming. No hesitation in recommending Room 55 beauty .

I booked the Princess Academy for my daughter's 10th birthday. Her & 3 friends were taught how to use skincare products appropriately, gave each other hand/arm massages and got treated to having their makeup done. All while wearing silky robes, eating sweet treats & also got to take their skincare sets home. Lovely salon, lovely staff & the girls absolutely loved their morning. Thank you ❤️
