Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

The whole team from L&S hair & Beauty Salon is unreal, the staff are excellent and the interaction between you and staff is fantastic and very welcoming, and is a really safe enviroment, and the quality i have had in the past, and on my hair today was outstanding, i am in love with my hair again due to your professional staff. I travelled up to Newcastle for work and urgently needed a manicure - Lydia was able to fit me in last minute and the booking process was so easy! Lydia is a true professional who pays high attention to detail and I was blown away by the precision of her technique. I wanted something neutral, summery but classy and she did the most beautiful floral French manicure design. I am absolutely in love with my nails! Lydia made me feel really comfortable and welcomed, and took her time getting to know exactly what I was hoping for my nails to look like. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I have been going to Toni for my beauty treatments for many years. She’s the best brow person I’ve gone to. I’ve had them done all over the country and Toni is the best at getting the right shape and colour that lasts. Her waxing is great. I always feel confident with Toni and she makes you feel very relaxed. My nails always look lovely and I love the way Toni is multi skilled so you can get everything done in one visit. She is such a lovely person and has also got a great sense of humour as we have a good giggle when I visit. She’s smart about her prices too! Reasonable. She’s fab!

First appointment , My nails look great and Carly ensured I understood the salons process for builder nails.

Dee is a miracle worker, she transformed my broken nails into beauty. Would highly recommended her. Her salon is so pleasant, she’s a lovely person.

The salon is so welcoming , it’s so cosy and warm. She listens to what you like and if you’re happy with them - and she did my nails so beautiful , such a perfectionist ! I will be recommending her to my friends x

Today, I visited the SKR Beauty Clinic in Newcastle and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Korean Glass Skin Medifacial with Sim. Sim is amazing; she made me comfortable and explained the entire process. She is very experienced and answered all of my questions. My skin is glowing, and I love it. I have found my new favourite place for facials. I highly recommend this place for incredible experiences and facials. Thank you, Sim!
