Was lovely meeting Alyssa. We put the word to rights. Had lash lift & tint A comfortable experience Left quite Happy with the results. Alyssa was very professional & the beauty room was nice too. So much so that my sister booked in for the same treatment. Definitely a 5 star experience ✨️

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Always an amazing experience when I go see Angela! She is so good at what she does. She puts you at ease. She makes you feel comfortable. She always does a fabulous job! I had a full on pamper session today with her, having three different treatments and all were outstanding. Will never go anywhere else for all my beauty needs.

Another fabulous relaxing time at the Secret Beauty Garden. Energised by my massage and my beautifully painted nails perfect for this Christmas season. Good communication and attention to detail. Love coming here.

Delighted to get a last minute booking at Sally’s lovely garden salon. Made to feel very welcome and instantly relaxed. My full body massage was wonderful, exactly what I needed after a bout of insomnia and too long sitting at a desk. Loved the Neal’s Yard oils too. Highly recommend for a lovely experience. Milena was so welcoming and friendly on my first visit, for someone who doesn't normally go to a nail salon, Milena has changed my me! Such a lovely tranquil atmosphere with peaceful piano music in the background. Im staring my Biab nail journey, Milena was very informative she told me exactly how to care for my nails. I love my new nails and can't wait to see them grow. Definitely recommend and will be back🥰

Milena is amazing! Treatments were amazing! Value for money is amazing! So happy after my first visit to Milena she's very friendly, I felt very comfortable. It didn't feel rushed or that she was just doing the bare minimum. I've been to spas/salons before where it just feels the therapist is just going through the motions with not a lot of effort put in. (in fairness, its hard work and I couldn't do it!!!) but I didn't feel that way with Milena, hence I've already booked my next treatment. Highly recommended A+

From start to finish I had such a lovely experience with Jade. My hair can be difficult as it is thick so can take while to do but all the time I was in the salon Jade made me feel really comfortable. I really appreciated having the choice and being told what was happening at different points on my hair - she did exactly what I wanted and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair at the end!
