Lydia is without a doubt one of the nicest, most proficient and pleasant hair dressers I have ever come across. Her skill set is amazing from cuts to colour - she listens quietly, explains procedures and predicted outcomes and always manages to make her clients leave the salon feeling like a million dollars! Like many people, I look forward to having some “me” time and Tracey’s wash and blow dry on a Friday morning is that little oasis of calm in my life! The salon is warm and friendly, all the girls are polite and thoughtful and they work as a family rather than a Team - but without the trauma that family relationships can cause!! Hot drinks and a chat - if you want one - and let’s face it sometimes we don’t - and after 25 mins I leave glowing with the knowledge that whatever life throws at me this weekend - I LOOK GORGEOUS!! Thanks Tracey and all the Team at Level for restoring my mojo!! Xx

Lydia always washes my hair with a wonderful head massage and cuts my hair beautifully. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Level Hair and Beauty salon.

Absolutely excellent, Lauren knew exactly what I wanted and gave it to me; couldn't be more pleased. I have booked my next appointment and one for my daughter. It was my first visit to the salon and it certainly won't be my last.

Lovely appointment with Lydia and very happy with the advice received and the whole experience today. They were running half an hour late but did attempt to let me know and offered to make me tea if I wanted to wait in the salon.

So welcoming for my autistic daughter, this is the only hair salon she will go to they put her at ease and comfortable she even spoke to the ladies Thankyou for a great exsperience
