Charlie is 5 stars! She is absolutely brilliant. I am a returning client as Charlie always delivers. I am in my mid-fifties and was introduced to Charlie through a mutual friend. Charlie understands I want subtle treatments due to my age. Charlie is always professional and very gentle when applying the treatments. My boys love this hair dressers , so I booked in . I had a lovely experience today , the gorgeous stylist helped me pick what was best and was very professional , the experience was calm and peaceful in a beautiful trendy put together salon and the staff very attentive . I love the outcome of my hair and no pushy sales of extras . The price is very inclusive and good . I like the email contact asking questions and telling you the price before you arrive so you can just arrive and relax , knowing it’s all sorted . I cannot recommend this salon enough .

I usually hate the thought of going to a salon/beauticians as I suffer from severe anxiety. Nicole was a really lovely lady who was so easy to talk to. I never felt judged or like I don't belong. I'm really happy with my brows and could've easily have felt rushed as I was the last customer of the day, but absolutely not! Honestly such brilliant customer service - I'll be back!

I've been seeing Charlie for 2 years now and I won't go anywhere else for my beauty. She will always do what is best for you, never oversell's, and she gives the best advice. Charlie is so welcoming and friendly, she makes you feel so relaxed from day 1. I highly recommend 😊
