If you are nervous or not got much confidence in going somewhere new to have a beauty treatment, I can honestly recommend Katie Lou Nail Artist & Educator, all the staff were so friendly, which helped me relax & enjoy having my nails done. Very professional & great value for money, I will definitely be going back again. Thank you ladies for a lovely appointment.

Liz is a wonderful senior stylist. She always makes me feel welcome. She transformed my hair today from a faded rose colour to a bright, ashy blonde. It looks amazing and I felt great when I left the salon. She is really talented. This salon is by far one of the best in the area. I travel 45 minutes to get here and it's so worth it. I won't go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and tidy. The team work so well together and I always enjoy my time in the salon. Thank You

Lucy is really friendly, makes you feel relaxed and very comfortable. I find some salons really intimidating but Lucy is the complete opposite, she put me at ease and my make up was beautiful.

Gemma was lovely and friendly, put me at ease straightaway. So pleased with my eyebrows now, and definitely booking in again soon.

I can’t believe the difference these sessions have made to my health and wellbeing My headaches have gone and the tension relieved. Mobility is so much better and such a relaxing atmosphere, thank you I look forward to more treatments 😊

Fab 1st visit to Beauty Bay

I have just been for my second treatment with Maria, she is so friendly and welcoming making you feel instantly at ease. Maria is very knowledgeable and informative and her treatments are wonderful ☺️

Iam a endurance runner and I get alot of niggles and I have lower back problems and found maria on Instagram message her got a appointment second day really friendly and the staff was very friendly and welcoming 🙏 had 1hour massage 💆‍♀️ sports and honestly i can't say anything bad about her really professional and new what she was doing hitting the right points 😀 so please if anyone looking for massager then try please 🙏

Hands down the best beauty experience of my life. The palractitioner was insanely knowledgeable about the treatment but her energy was just off the charts. So ridiculously kind and helpful. A joy to be around. I left my session with such a good vibe and an even better result from my HIFU. I'm excited about the results. I will 100% be booking in with her again for other treatments :)

I’ve just had my second 1 hour sports massage with Maria. Both of the massages I’ve had over the past 2 weeks have really helped my back and shoulders where I get the most amount of pain from my job. Maria is such a welcoming person and makes you feel at ease from the start and throughout the appointment. I’ve got my next one booked and then will continue to have maintenance massages to keep my back in shape.

This was my first visit to the salon. Katie was very welcoming and professional. It was just a gel soak off but she was very thorough and attentive. I have my next appointment already scheduled in and look forward to becoming a regular client.
