Jenny is fantastic. I love going to her. It is not just a beauty visit it a counselling session and a lovely chill out session even when getting waxed ha ha but she is also a fantastic waxer. Her attention to detail is second to none. XX

I've never been complimented so much in my entire life regarding my hair. Adrian is an artist, a wizard, a master of his art. He is so understanding and friendly. He seems to know exactly what hairstyle suits each client. I know this as I have convinced my entire family to now go there. The ambience within the salon is perfect. All the staff are welcoming and Robert goes above and beyond to ensure he can assist with appointments and any queries one may have. Best salon I've ever visited and I will not be changing. We couldn't be happier with the services we receive. Thank you Kazanoo 😊 🙏

Fabulous salon, so professional and welcoming. Cannot recommend their services enough, I visited once as was only in Galway briefly but Kristina treated me like a regular client giving me tips and the best of care. Would highly recommend!

Just had a lovely experience at the Galway Bay Hotel Beauty Salon. I had my make up done and the therapist listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased.
