So having had so many bad experiences with other salons, I have seen Trish and only Trish for years, too scared to let someone else touch my brows and ruin them. No need to be afraid, Amy left my brows just as perfect at Trish!! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience with Amy, so professional and so positive. Also she continually talks me through any new procedures and makes me feel so relaxed. Booked in for a facial next week after discussing which would be best. Hoping that the salon will start doing lash extensions soon as I don’t want to travel to another salon. Was good, lady had good advice and answered most of my questions well. Downfalls are that she did not ask me what colour I wanted my eyebrows done. They were clearly black when I arrived and I was left with brown eyebrows. I do not like the colour as I have always had black eyebrows, and yes I may be blonde but that doesn't mean I wanted them to change colour. I had also asked about the wax and yes I do not know much about beauty products but I was made to feel as if I was extremely dumb.
