Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

The salon is squeaky clean. Merilyn is so accommodating and helpful and did an awesome set today bringing together leopard with mauve, light pink and nude. Just wow 👌 see you in 2 weeks again dearest friend. ❤️

Unshaaf is such a gem. Sweet, gentle and makes every effort to ensure her clients are comfortable, warm (in this cold weather), and relaxed. Her gentle, yet thorough, approach during my 2.5 hours means I get to doze off. AND, I am never moaned at for my snoring (my husband says I snore. What a loser!). I have been using Unshaaf's services for years, and I highly recommend her. Her home-based salon is also quaint, neat, easy on the eye and VERY cozy. I love every minute I spend with her. You rock, beauty queen.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I always enjoy my time at BaliRose Beauty Salon. I go often for tans and waxes. The tan only takes two hours to develop which is so convenient for people on the go. I have never found another beauty salons that offers a two hour tan. It is also a great colour! Brenda takes so much care to cover dry spots and nails with cream so that they don’t get messed up! Great salon!

Hair and Staff are great however your defective chairs are a problem. They cause pain to lower back and buttocks. As a customer it may deter me from wanting to come there knowing im going to have a painful experience. Visiting a salon I need comfort at least and it should be a pleasurable experience. The chairs are hurting your Customers. Thanks

I discovered this salon by chance is december. The vibe and welcome was in salon was truly amazing. I am beyond impressed with Cheryl. She is an incredible stylist who first sits you down and listens to what you want to achieve before your treatment. What an incredible woman Cheryl is. You exceed my expectations every time. Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I had the pleasure of spending the day at Jem Hair & Beauty Salon yesterday! Aphelele's facial and Meriska's Back, Neck, and Shoulder massage were absolutely amazing. After a long, tiring year, I felt my stress melting away. Taryn and Candice worked magic on our hair with the MK Treatments last week - my daughter's first time, and now washing her hair is a breeze! Highly recommend Jem Hair & Beauty Salon for a day of pampering and relaxation. Five stars isn't enough!
