Sammy was an absolute joy to spend an hour and a half with. She is both friendly yet very professional and knowledgable about her craft; I was made to feel super comfortable by her explaining everything that she was doing. Unfortunately I was around 5-10 minutes late and she was very clear and about what this means for my treatment and managing expectations which I appreciated. It's taken me a long time to find someone to trust with my eyebrows and happy to say I'm super happy with the results and can't wait to be back in for my next appointment.

Great experience with Sammy. Very attentive, did exactly what I wanted with both my brows and my lashes. Friendly, funny and made me feel very comfortable - was like spending a few hours chatting to a friend!WWill definitely be back.
