Carly was amazing putting me at absolute ease and talking me through what she was doing. My eyelashes look amazing and even though I couldn't have the eyebrow treatment I wanted (due to a reaction at my patch test), Carly still made my eyebrows look amazing. I will definitely be booking again.

First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

Carly is excellent at her craft!! I’ve had my eyebrows tattooed, a mix of shadow and fine line hair strokes, and some small fine line tattoos and the results are fantastic! Her professional and warm style immediately puts you at ease. There’s no one else I would recommend.

Always a good experience and to walk out loving my lashes is a bonus, great new location, easy parking and if I don’t want do drive and go out afterwards then the bus route is so easy from Matlock so bring on those summer days.

It was great to at last have my eye lashes tinted and eyebrows and top lip waxed. Lucy & Jane have ensured everything conforms to the new regulations. Louise was super friendly, she explained everything about my options with the different lashes. She did a really great job and the time passed so quickly as we chatted so easily. Very impressed. Nice salon with fabulous parking available too.
