Jordon was a pleasure to visit and I loved my first treatment! My eye brows and lashes look beautiful, natural but defined and neat. She explained the process throughout as it was my first and I was really comfortable and relaxed. She even did a lovely brow massage to finish which topped it off, and I got a mini after care kit and advice. Will definitely be booking again soon! Thanks Jordon!

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

Totally relaxed at my appointment today thanks to Jemma’s professional manner and explanations of what to expect. Eyebrows and eye liner done today. Really pleased with the results and after care regime.

I had LVL and my eyebrows done and I omg they look amazing! I have been having LVL done for years and this is the first time I have had them done with Lauren and they look the best they have ever looked! I love them so much! Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area.
