Thank you Sue for my lashes! So talented and calm! Amazing atmosphere! She gived me 2brushes as gift and i had a coffee. Felt like a queen! She did my eyebrows aswell even didn’t got appointment. 2 h for lashes so she is doing professionally i look stunning now xx

Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

I am very much satisfied with the service. Derma facial was good. After the facial I felt the glow in my face. Also I did eyebrows threading which was also good. I will definitely visit next time.

I had such a therapeutic experience at the new location love it!!, the lashes are fabulous as always, I rarely wore lashes before going to summer never kept them up would only have them done for occasions then always picked them off but since having the brown Russians i haven’t missed a top up yet and don’t intend to ..highly recommend!!!

Really good first experience for hair cut & colour, Natasha was very welcoming and informative. Also Mahab is excellent, the eyebrows treatment she provides are always done to a good standard and look sharp

The waxing lady was amazing at making me feel comfortable as I was quite nervous. The lady who did my eyebrows and Russian lashes was amazing, the set turned out lovely, she had calming music which almost sent me to sleep but did help relax. Overall a positive experience with friendly and warm staff. 10/10 would recommend and go back(:

Rita and Maria were amazing. Maria did my eyelashes and eyebrows and I’m so happy with them! I have a new found confidence :) Rita did a great job with my hair. They were both very friendly and provided a great service. Also, the overall manager I believe his name is Sam/San? It’s not to see that he mucks in with his team and does jobs such as cleaning and doesn’t just leave it to everyone else. This whole place has a lovely vibe and is well worth the visit.
